Punxsutawney Area School District is accepting applications for full-time custodian positions at the high school and elementary school.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Cleans, paints, and performs jobs assigned by supervisor
2. Cleaning responsibilities include, but are not limited to, emptying waste and pencil sharpeners, dusting, sweeping floors, mopping floors, refilling supplies, lawn care, snow removal, etc., as well as summer cleaning of all areas
3. Reports conditions needing repair to supervisor
4. Assists in preparing the building for special events
5. Secures building as needed
6. Moves furniture, supplies and equipment as needed
7. Performs all other job-related duties as directed by supervisor
