Honeywell has an exciting opening for Sr HR Director role based in Bangalore, India. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources. As Sr Director HR you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR Facilitation. You will be accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Your strategic leadership role will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops its employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Drive HR excellence across the HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and facilitation to the organization
• Develop and deploy a talent strategy, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance management, and career development
• Provide organization development and effectiveness strategies
• Benchmark the HR function and implement continuous improvement programs
YOU MUST HAVE
• 18+ years of relevant experience in HR, with HR functional excellence and experience as a generalist and specialist
• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to empower and motivate teams
• Strong business acumen to drive both the HR strategy and the business strategy
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
