We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will
Manage all developer accounts for Google, Apple, and other mobile stores.
Maintain relationships with key vendors such as Google, Apple, and Risk IQ.
Provide automation consultancy and develop scripts for direct app uploads to vendors.
Create and manage mobile certificates and oversee application setup.
Oversee app store content management across multiple apps.
Release and maintain apps on app stores, TestFlight, and Google Play Beta, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay updated on vendor regulations and collaborate with Controls and Legal teams for compliance within BANCO.
Provide production support, including out-of-hours assistance, and ensure timely problem resolution.
Triage production incidents from app store reviews and app crashes.
Lead, mentor, and support the team in Implementation Management and Vendor Compliance.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology with 5+ years’ experience and SAFe qualification (Leading/Implementing SAFe).
Over 5 years’ experience in mobile release management and project management, with 10+ years in engineering roles.
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent releases for mobile online banking applications (iOS/Android, MobileX, Mobile1.5) and other financial platforms.
Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, services, and underlying business processes.
Outstanding technology leader, passionate about driving business agendas and maximizing cost effectiveness.
Skilled at leading and influencing global, multi-jurisdictional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and sustain trusting relationships.
Culturally sensitive, flexible with working hours, and adept at balancing risks and rewards to support global markets.
