Requirements
A professional having about 8 years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 5 Years of experience in end-to-end manage engine implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the specific suite of ManageEngine products within an organization's IT infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Designing and implementing of various ManageEngine solutions (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, Endpoint Central, ADManager Plus) in client environments.
· Tailoring the monitoring configurations, thresholds, alerting rules, and functionalities of the tools to meet specific business requirements and performance standards.
· Integrating ManageEngine products with existing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, automation frameworks, and other third-party tools to streamline operations and enhance incident response.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the deployment, configuration, or performance of the tools, collaborating with internal engineering teams as needed.
· Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation such has HLD, LLD, deployment procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer.
· Automating deployment processes where possible using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) or CI/CD tools to ensure efficient and repeatable workflows.
· Participating in monitoring system performance post-deployment, responding to alerts, performing regular maintenance checks, and ensuring system reliability and uptime.
· Ensuring configuration compliance, performing audits, and generating actionable reports and analysis to help organizations meet security and regulatory standards.
· Experience in other endpoint management tools will be an added advantage.
