This role is within the Program Controls, Operations, and Modernization Business Intelligence space. We specialize in Operational Insights for enterprise and executive consumption, while heavily focus on process automation and structured collection of data.

Job Summary

The Lead Business Analyst provides strategic leadership in the design and delivery of enterprise business intelligence and analytics capabilities, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role aligns business priorities with scalable, well‑governed analytics solutions by leveraging SQL‑based and enterprise data platforms, along with a broad ecosystem of BI, visualization, and automation technologies such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and comparable platforms. The Lead Business Analyst defines data warehousing and analytical standards, ensures robust dimensional and analytical data models, along with data quality, security, and governance to deliver trusted insights that improve operational efficiency, transparency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of low‑code and analytics solutions by translating business requirements into scalable workflows, reporting, and data models across enterprise technology platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Fabric, Dataverse, Domo, Power BI or equivalent)

Data driven analytical mindset with a proven problem-solving record.

Support and define data warehousing requirements, including subject areas, grain, dimensions, and fact definitions

Contribute to and review dimensional data models for analytics and reporting.

Ensure proper integration of BI tools with SQL‑based, cloud, and on‑premise data warehouses.

Provide ETL / ELT expertise to support data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes for analytical use cases.

Skilled in tools like Splunk, Grafana, Domo.

Architect and review Canvas Apps and Model driven Apps for performance, usability, and maintainability

Design and govern complex Power Automate flows for integrations, approvals, alerts, and orchestration

Own SQL-based data layers, including advanced queries, views, stored procedures, and performance tuning

Ensure strong data modelling practices to support reporting and automation use cases.

Ensure metric and KPI consistency between Domo and Power BI dashboards

Leverage Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric components or equivalent tools for Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Semantic Models for modernized data ingestion and transformation.

Drive adoption of enterprise standards for data quality, lineage, and reuse.

Define and enforce governance, security roles, and environment strategies.

Perform design reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize existing solutions.

Partner with stakeholders, architects, and leadership to influence platform and analytics strategy.

Work closely with analysts, developers and requesters identifying data and functional requirements in the design of new/enhanced systems

Provide technical support for the member(s) to ensure adherence to requirements.

Support Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and cross-team coordination.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Maintain clear technical documentation and promote best practices across teams.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project

Prepare overall project plan; incorporating tasks from the various components; ensuring a successful and timely project implementation while ensuring methodology compliance; documenting problem areas and coordinating resolutions.

All About You:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Experience working across multiple BI tools (vendor agnostic), not limited to a single platform

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Analysis, or Data focused roles.

Proven end to end experience working with enterprise BI platforms and largescale reporting environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.

Must possess ability to be adaptable.

Requires little supervision.

Good leadership skills preferred.

Experience with ITSM or enterprise reporting systems.
