We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist
In this role, you will
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems,
Automate processes, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.
Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving Kafka infrastructure issues
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kafka platform.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.
To be successful , you will
Over all 10+ years of experience and Preferably 7-10 years of experience working on Kafka.
Familiarity with Kafka concepts and operations
Understanding of containerization and orchestration
Experience in Kubernetes is preferred
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code.Proficiency in observability and logging tools.
Experience with Unix administration skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team. Weekend support required
