Job Description – Junior Engineer, Full Stack Developer (Cloud Engineering Team)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Engineer, Full Stack Developer to join our Cloud Engineering Team . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET / Java , coupled with knowledge/hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines .
In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications and services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable . You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Database, Engineering, and Cloud Operations, to deliver solutions that empower our talent management platform.
In this role you will…
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET / Java.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery through automation and DevOps best practices.
Leverage AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, etc.) to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
Explore and integrate AWS AI/ML capabilities into applications to drive innovation.
Collaborate with cloud engineers, QA, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards .
Write and maintain SQL and NoSQL queries, schemas, and stored procedures as required.
Participate in peer code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation .
Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and cloud engineering best practices .
Preferred Technical Stack & Tools
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
Backend: Node.js, .NET (Core/ASP.NET), Java, REST APIs
Database: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB)
Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation
Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence
You have what it takes if you have…
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
0-2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java development.
Knowledge/ hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
Knowledge/ hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code .
Exposure to AWS AI/ML services and eagerness to expand AI integration capabilities.
Solid understanding of cloud security principles, scalability, and performance optimization .
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced global environment , and excellent communication skills.
