Job Title: F&A Senior Admin Assistance - Grade 7

Location: Pune

Shift Timing: Night, 06:00PM - 03:00AM (Note – Shift times are subject to change based on operational requirements, and flexibility in scheduling may be necessary)

OVERVIEW:

The F&A Senior admin assistance in Invoice Control is a pivotal role involving in-depth research, analysis, Processing invoicing, Maintain SLA. This position is crucial Auditing, Releasing and ensuring adherence to UPS compliance guidelines. The F&A Senior admin assistance will also play a key role in Third Party billing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Auditing & releasing of SCS shipments on timely basis.

  • Auditing & Releasing Third country billing and sending invoices to customer.

  • Evaluate shipments for completeness, accuracy and compliance as per customer contract.

  • Ensure pricing proposals conform to corporate policy and Revenue Management guidelines.

  • Interact with Solutions, Sales, and Operations to ensure shipments are billing correctly E2K & Cargo-Wise

  • Participate in root cause analysis for issues impacting invoice quality.

  • Identify areas of opportunity for P&R system enhancements that will improve efficiency within the process.

  • Function as the primary point of contact with UPS internal/external department and provide end to end resolution onqueries.

  • Maintain data for both Internal Audit and SOX audit purposes.

  • Collaboration with other department to ensure effective resolution on customer queries.

  • Any other duties assigned as according to business requirements.

  • Must be a team builder and collaborator who facilitates cooperation.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision based on the needs of the process.

  • Willingness to accept change and perform additional duties as assigned according to business requirements.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office.

  • Strong customer orientation.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines and time constraints.

  • Quality assurance with prominent level of accuracy and diligence.

  • Prior Billing and Pricing experience is advantageous .
