Job Description:
CFD Engineer required to support Water and Wastewater Treatment projects with knowledge of OpenFOAM and Ansys Fluent. This role will include coordination with team members of various engineering disciplines in our local offices as well as offices across the United States.
The Engineer shall have demonstrated experience in the below-listed areas.
• CFD Modelling/Analysis and Troubleshooting water/wastewater-related projects.
• Skilled in Pumping/Process Design
• Hands-on experience in – OpenFOAM and ANSYS (FLUENT).
• Good Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics, and Water/Wastewater Process Design.
• Ability to understand the physics problem and able to develop a proper CFD model in minimum time for pre-processing and meshing.
• Should have some good knowledge of Programming Language Like C, C++, and Python for scripting & User-defined functions (UDF).
• Familiar with Autodesk software
• Fluid flow Studies for (Internal & External, Steady State & Transient flows, and Incompressible flow modeling)
• Good knowledge of pre-processing tools like SpaceClaim and Fluent meshing.
• Should be a good team leader.
• Experience in interaction with Clients/Consultants.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of related/relevant experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineering (PE) license or Charter Engineer from Water Institute UK.
