Eaton Corporation Associate Analyst- Graphic Designer in Pune, India
What you’ll do:
Creative Shared Service Centre in Pune, India is hiring an “Associate Analyst – Graphic Designer” with strong expertise in graphic design.
The role involves creating visually compelling layouts based on briefs, including infographics, brochures, presentations, catalogs, manuals, technical layouts, posters, and other print and digital materials. The candidate must demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within timelines while collaborating closely with the project lead.
Key expectations include adherence to Eaton brand guidelines, understanding business requirements, and translating them into impactful visual solutions uch as layouts, infographics, and branding assets. The designer should be eager to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and grow their design skills by being updated on design trends, continuously learn tools and processes, and seek improvement through mentorship.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD preferred. Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, and ChatGPT is a plus.
• Strong foundation in color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Design and update print and digital assets such as brochures, catalogs, infographics, social media creatives, posters, banners, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency by following Eaton templates and guidelines.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (EMEA/AMER) to understand requirements and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
• Scrum Master Certification will be added advantage.
3-7 years of Print, Graphic Design Experience in Corporate or Agency or Studio set-up.
• Master’s degree in Design or Marketing will be added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English required.
• Should be a self-starter and passionate
• Intermediate skills on storytelling through engaging illustrations/drawings.
• Collaboration skills with other team members.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, analytical & troubleshooting skills.
• Able to think and replicate the creative ideas on print and digital media.
Skills:
