As the Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator, you play a key role in strengthening the donor experience across the Washington State University system. In this role, you will support a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program through timely and meaningful acknowledgements, impact and endowment reporting, donor recognition, events, and system wide stewardship communications.
Working both independently and collaboratively, you will conduct research, manage segmented mailing lists, coordinate reporting processes, and provide project support for donor recognition, impact pieces, events, and stewardship initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $3,750.85 - $5,397.56 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience, which includes six (6) months of full-time experience in marketing, gift solicitation or public contact work with evidence of ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively orally and in writing and organize and execute assignments. A Master's degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
