The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Project Manager Automation in Pulandian, China
What You'll Do
You will ensure safety, environmental and other regulatory compliances by working with appropriate team members on Environmental Health and Safety (EHS&S) issues, following the implementation of Mandatory Safety Releases (MSRs), and continually improving the communication across all relevant departments.
You will manage automation opportunities in the plant, identify automation opportinities in production process or transportation process, get proposals from the experienced vendors, define project scoep with HTP and other related functtions, make investimate plan and payback analysis, select the best options from vendors proposal.
You will manage cost estimates, financially justify projects, prepare budgets, review designs, and manage resources to ensure proper installation and commissioning of equipment.
You will continuously drive solutions/improvements that reduce costs including: labor, parts, contractors and operating items.Ensure the implementation of systems and processes according to the methodology of Plant Optimization, ensuring standardization and tracking the systems across the Plant.
You will facilitate contractor management process and periodically audit contractor’s work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed.
What We're Looking for:
You with rich engineering project management experience.
You with solid knowledge of PMO.
You with rich engineering background i.e. mechanical or electrical.
You are a team player and with ability to well communicate in English.
You with experience in equipment design would be a plus.
