General Production Worker – High‑Energy Fabrication Environment | $22–$25/hr
Pay:
Location: South Pueblo
Day Shifts (A & B): $22/hr
Night Shifts (C & D): $25/hr
Shifts:
A & B (Days): 6:00am–6:30pm
C & D (Nights): 6:00pm–6:30am
Rotating weekly schedule
Location: Industrial indoor/outdoor fabrication facility

Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a General Production Worker who wants to sharpen their skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This position supports our welding and fabrication operations as we continue to grow—including the launch of a brand‑new night shift.

What You’ll Do
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Prepare materials (sanding, grinding, laying out brackets)
Support welders and learn to use welding equipment
Perform tack welding, grinding, fabricating, prepping, and material inspections
Maintain equipment and restock consumables throughout the production floor
Skills We’re Looking For
General labor or production experience
Comfort using hand tools and industrial equipment
Grinding experience; basic welding skills a plus
Ability to inspect materials for accuracy and quality
Background in construction or sandblasting is beneficial
Additional Qualifications
General knowledge of manufacturing processes
Positive, teachable attitude
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
