Hiring Manufacturing Associates
Our company is a global leader in wind tower manufacturing, supporting renewable energy growth through high‑quality fabrication and production excellence. Our Pueblo location is expanding, and we are seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our team.
Location: Pueblo, CO
Shift & Pay (3-4 days per week):
Day Shift: 6AM-6:30PM - $22 per hour
Night Shift 6PM-6:30AM - $25 per hour
As a Manufacturing Associate , you will support fabrication and welding operations by maintaining clean and organized work areas, preparing materials, and assisting with welding processes. This role offers hands‑on experience with industrial tools and equipment, as well as opportunities for growth into advanced welding roles.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tooling, and equipment.
Prepare materials including sanding, grinding, and layout of brackets.
Assist the welding department and participate in training on welding equipment.
Perform tack welding, fabrication tasks, sanding, grinding, prepping, and material inspections.
Replenish consumables and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general production and manual labor environments.
Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, and basic shop equipment.
Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and machine operation is preferred.
Ability to read, inspect, and prepare materials accurately.
Experience in construction, sandblasting, or related industrial work is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
