Position:
Requirements: We require two months of recent and verifiable experience within the past two years for the job duties
listed, handling manual and mechanical tasks, including agricultural field work. This position requires
a minimum of two months for the employee to get a full understanding of the job and responsibilities.
Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken
and written in the workplace.
Job Description: Weeding, thinning, planting hoeing and harvesting asparagus, radish, spinach, squash, red beet, pumpkin, chili, peppers,
watermelon, cantaloupe, sweet corn, and beans.
Remove bedding plastic and clean up fields.
Must be able to lift and carry 60 lb boxes or bags.
Must be able to toss and stack 25 lb. watermelons and load bins.
Workers will pack products into boxes in the warehouse.
Maintain farm equipment, vehicles, and farm grounds.
Must be able to bend and stoop throughout the day.
Work is to be done for long periods of time and requires repetitive motion and extensive walking. Workers are exposed to wet
weather and the heat of the day working in the fields.
Workers may be required to work during occasional showers not severe enough to stop field operations. Care must be taken to
prevent damaging produce and plants.
Workers will be expected to comply with all provisions of this Clearance Order and the Company's work rules, policies and
procedures, and to perform any and all assigned tasks in a work-person-like and efficient manner. Failure to do so will subject the
worker to the employer'
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 40
Schedule: Mon-Sat, 7a-3p with 5 hours of work on Sat
Anticipated Period of Employment: 3/1/26-11/15/26

Effective 1/1/25: Overtime must be paid after 48 hours/week, or 56 hours/week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers
