Requirements: We require one month of recent and verifiable experience within the past two years of working in diversified crops, handling manual

and mechanical tasks, including agricultural field work. This position requires a minimum of one month for the employee to get a full

understanding of the job and responsibilities. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the

languages spoken and written in the workplace. In order to perform this kind of work, workers must be able to work outside for at least 7 hours a day in all kinds of weather and be in

possession of the requisite physical strength and endurance to conduct harvest activities, working rapidly and skillfully with hands. The

worker will be provided with all the necessary equipment to perform these harvest-related tasks. Workers must be able to listen,

understand, and follow the instructions of company supervisors and managers. Workers must be willing to perform all duties according

to the employer's rules and regulations during the contract period.

Job Description: To harvest, and grade, sort watermelons, pumpkins, cantaloupe, chile peppers, cucumbers, cabbage, squash corn, and tomatoes. Remove bedding plastic

and clean up fields, shoveling ditches and assist with irrigation tasks.

Weeding and hoeing with hand hoes. Must be able to lift and carry 60 lb. boxes.

Must be able to toss and stack 25 lb. watermelons.

Must be able to bend and stoop throughout the day.

Work is to be done for long periods of time and requires repetitive motion and extensive walking.

Workers are exposed to wet weather and the heat of the day working in the fields.

Workers may be required to work during occasional showers not severe enough to stop field operations.

Care must be taken to prevent damaging produce and plants.

One month of experience in the selection and harvesting of mature melons.

Worker must attend required orientation and time attendance will be compensated.

Workers will be expected to comply with all provisions of this Clearance Order and the Company's work rules, policies and

procedures, and to perform any and all assigned tasks in a work-person-like and efficient manner. Failure to do so will subject the

worker to the employer's disciplinary procedures. The employer endeavors to produce a premium product. This is a demanding,

competitive business.

Workers who possess, or are able to obtain, a valid state driver's license may be required to operate company vehicles and transport other workers. In order

to drive, drivers must possess a valid driver's license (DL) Class C. All employees engaged in driving activities (H-2A as well as corresponding domestic

workers), will be given the opportunity to obtain a Class C driver's license on a voluntary basis. The DL is not a pre-hire job requirement. No job applicant will

be denied an employment opportunity due to a lack of a DL at the time of application and/or hiring. Further, no worker (H-2A or corresponding domestic

worker) will be terminated for failure to obtain a DL.

Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 35

Schedule: M-F 7a-2p

Anticipated Period of Employment: 3/15/26-12/1/26
