Aerotek Concrete Foreman in Pueblo, Colorado
Job Title: Concrete Foreman
Pay: $28-40 per hour
Description
Lead crews of 10 people on concrete construction projects
Read and interpret blueprints to build structures including box culverts from scratch.
Oversee job site operations including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews.
Estimate and order the required materials for the project.
Supervise and train a team of concrete laborers and finishers.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site.
Inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
Plan and schedule the phases of the construction projects.
Communicate project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers.
Perform and oversee various stages of concrete work such as setting forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
Maintain equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Read blueprints, schedule crew and site development
1+ year of verifiable Foreman experience
Knowledge of civil and concrete finishing
Proficiency in handling concrete pours and flatwork

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
