What awaits you:
Plan and schedule supplier material requirements in SAP ERP system as per Production plan and KPI requirements.
Manage supplier delivery performance (on-time in full) and adherence to Kautex requirements as stated in Supplier Manual or required by law.
Support initiatives with suppliers for performance, cost, quality, and sustainability.
Create and manage complaints for non-performing suppliers with follow up on debits and corrective actions.
Organize and manage inbound expedites with carriers and suppliers.
Monitor Backlog situation and EDI performance with suppliers.
Create and maintain KPIs for supplier delivery performance
Closely align with regional Kautex plants on common suppliers regarding capacity & material availability.
Act as Material Management voice to supplier with queries (incl Certificate of origins, invoice topics etc.)supply chain risk management and volume confirmation.
Support planning and monitoring of packaging returns with suppliers and Kautex plants.
Manage purchase component inventory planning DOH per Target KPIs
Support launch and end of production planning with suppliers
Supplier obsolescence Management.
Support and maintain accurate MRP Data.
Is responsible for ensuring and participating in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, as well as government regulations, Kautex and Textron internal guidelines.
Is responsible for ensuring that the procedures corresponding to his area of work are carried out and followed in matters of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and local regulations, as well as the reporting of any deviation, incident, or accident to his supervisor of both quality and safety and environment issues detected in the company.
Qualifications
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or supply chain relevant discipline.
1-3 Years Supply Chain Experience including Logistics and manufacturing in automotive industry is beneficial.
Deep understanding of logistic processes and trends and coherences.
Experience with SAP R3 modules PP, MM, SD.
Solid presentation skills.
Advance English skills.
