System One is working with a client to fill a position for a Maintenance Planner – Scheduler to support efficient, reliable plant operations. This role ensures maintenance activities are well-organized, coordinated, and aligned with production needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules

• Coordinate planned maintenance with production to minimize downtime

• Create, prioritize, and manage work orders within the CMMS

• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams on equipment reliability

• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services

• Support the implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for maintenance operations

  Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance planning experience in an industrial environment

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong asset

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize within time and budget constraints

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of OSHA and relevant safety regulations

• Experience in the corrugated industry is an asset
