Nigh Shift Production Lab Technician
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Night Shift | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Location: Pryor, OK
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our operations team on a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule.
This role is critical to ensuring product accuracy, quality, and safety throughout the production process.
What You’ll Do
Perform batch verification to ensure accurate materials and quantities
Weigh and bag finished products according to specifications
Manage retain sample storage for quality and compliance purposes
Safely dump and transfer materials following established procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
Work Schedule
This is a 12-hour rotating night shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM) :
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Weeks 3 & 4: Alternating schedule pattern based on Weeks 1 and 2
This schedule provides built-in extended time off throughout the rotation.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy including calculations and data recording
Ability to follow written procedures and batch instructions
Comfort working 12-hour shifts in a production environment
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
