Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Basic Requirements:

Job Description

The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing , setup, and calibration of fountain equipment in the field at various customer locations. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment while adhering to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements

  • Test equipment functionality and perform troubleshooting as needed

  • Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately

  • Provide quality customer service

  • Maintain clean and safe work area at all time

  • Calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation and optimal beverage quality

  • Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation procedures.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer locations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

  • Refrigeration / HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred

  • 2+ years of general plumbing or technical experience required

  • 1+ years of refrigeration / HVAC experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude

  • Basic proficiency with computer applications

  • Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

  • Must have the ability to maneuver equipment in order to perform services

  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
