Charter Care Health Partners Director, Talent Acquisition in Providence, Rhode Island
Summary:
This position will direct and oversee proactive and innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies. Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative workforce planning, recruitment, sourcing, diversity and inclusion, and onboarding strategies that support positive organization impressions and lead to high employee engagement. Lead full cycle strategic recruiting strategy that enables the organization to meet its patient experience, quality, and operational goals across clinical and non/clinical areas. The position is responsible for talent acquisition for all positions within a health system, including physicians and advanced practice practitioners. Works closely with organizational leaders. Maintains responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance of recruiting policies and practices. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and management discretion and independent judgment.
Acts as Talent Acquisition Leader for health system with national Oracle Recruit Cloud implementation including configuration, testing and go live. Prior enterprise ATS implementation experience required. Acts as a SME for the ATS system with Talent Acquisition team.
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration Organizational development, Health Care Administration or other closely related area preferred.
Experience:
· Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in general recruitment, clinical recruitment, provider (physicians and advanced practitioners) recruitment, and leadership recruitment in a leadership/management role in a healthcare organization required.
· HR certification such as SHRM-SCP highly referred.
· Prior enterprise ATS implementation experience required.
· Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, human resources laws and practices, state and federal employment laws and other regulatory requirements for large healthcare employers required.
· Working knowledge of contract law, labor relations, compensation, facilitative leadership principles, performance improvement disciplines, and comprehensive health care systems required.
