POSITION SUMMARY:
CVS Health is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager you will be supporting internal business units and clients to define scope and lead the overall development of a deliver plan by using standard project management planning fundamentals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of and adherence to program budgets typically between $1M - $50M, and will lead the coordination of day-to-day client and stakeholder communications.
Additional responsibilities of the Program Manager include:
Develop program management plans while adhering to the overall budget
Work directly with stakeholders to ensure all needs of the project are met
Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules
Work across multiple business units including Category Management, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising, & Construction on their project management needs
Manage relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors
Possible request to coach and develop a team of direct reports through constructive real time feedback, and mid-year and year-end evaluations
Primary Responsibilities:
50% - Communicate Program requirements from the Sponsor to the applicable internal and external stakeholders, field-based execution teams and third-party vendors. Actively manage the full lifecycle of Programs from concept to execution.
10% - Managing direct reports (CVS or contract workers)
20% - Maintain frequent and direct contact with the Sponsor; become a trusted advisor managing expectations, ensuring satisfaction, measuring and reporting on Program execution performance, and proactively promoting Client satisfaction and revenue growth
10% - Utilize the CVS Health and CPP Program Management tools to efficiently maintain Project lists and pipelines, communicate to the teams, establish and measure milestones and deadlines, as appropriate per CVS Health standards and practices
10% - Define scope, develop project plans, create budgets, and lead the coordination and day-to-day sponsor/stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience/knowledge with Program Management processes and tools
3+ years of experience/knowledge with design and construction best practices and processes or working within corporate retail
3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) experience
Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives
Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Some travel may be required; however, this position is a primarily office/home office-based role

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Construction Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of education and relevant work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
