West Virginia Employer Special Facilities Assistant Manager in Princeton, West Virginia

At least 18 years of age. $11 to $15 per hour DOE. Part-time / Seasonal. Experience supervising employees or working in public recreational facilities preferred. The Special Facilities Assistant Manager assists in the daily operations, staffing, and maintenance of the City of Princetons recreational facilities, including the Wave Pool, Swimming Pool, and Miniature Golf Course. The Assistant Manager supports the Special Recreational Facilities Manager and/or Director in supervising facility staff, ensuring safe operations, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and promoting a safe and positive recreational environment for the public. This position works closely with Public Works and facility staff to maintain infrastructure and water quality systems while assisting with staff scheduling, customer relations, and overall facility operations. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure. CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification (American Red Cross or equivalent), or ability to obtain within a reasonable time after employment.
