Position Overview
Adecco is seeking a Project Manager – Test Center Strategy & Transformation to support a major enterprise transformation initiative in the Princeton, NJ area. This role plays a critical part in executing large-scale test center network strategy initiatives , including consolidation, expansion of owned centers, site transfers, relocations, and overall network optimization.
The Project Manager will drive the transition from current (“as-is”) test center networks to future (“to-be”) operating models that balance cost efficiency, coverage, capacity, quality, and long-term strategic growth .
This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Real Estate, Finance, Technology, and Business Units , while managing vendors and partners across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate is a structured, action-oriented leader who thrives in complex transformation programs and brings strong organizational discipline, accountability, and a solutions-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Test Center Strategy Program Leadership
Lead enterprise initiatives supporting test center consolidation, closures, expansions, relocations, and site transfers .
Develop and manage integrated project plans outlining the transition from current network states (“as-is”) to future operating models (“to-be”).
Coordinate and sequence cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Real Estate, IT, Finance, and Business stakeholders .
Drive execution against established timelines, milestones, and strategic decision gates .
Re-baseline project scope, schedules, and delivery plans as network strategies or external conditions evolve.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Facilitate cross-functional and executive-level meetings to align stakeholders on project direction, trade-offs, risks, and next steps.
Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting site transitions and operational readiness.
Proactively identify and escalate capacity, readiness, cost, and operational risks to leadership.
Change Management, Risk & Operational Readiness
Lead formal change management processes related to test center footprint changes, including impact analysis and approvals.
Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for network strategy initiatives.
Ensure operational readiness for new, relocated, or consolidated test centers , coordinating technology deployment, staffing readiness, and operational processes.
Partner with Operations and business teams to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable adoption of new network models.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments .
Strong ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives .
Experience managing vendors, operational transitions, or multi-site programs preferred.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and strategic alignment.
Experience with risk management frameworks and structured project governance .
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
