Job Overview
Fairview is seeking a Cook for Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN! This is a part time opportunity on mid shift offering 48 hours over a 2-week pay period and is benefit eligible!
Prepare food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality.
Schedule
Two-week rotations. Shifts start at 10:30am and end at 7pm. Every other weekend rotation along with rotating holidays.
Responsibilities
Prepares food products to meet temperature and quality standards.
Develops and tests recipes as directed.
Completes all documentation related to production
Handle and prepare food in safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures
Follows employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission.
Follows procedures to prevent food contamination.
Coordinates and communicates with all internal customers in all service areas.
Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure.
Takes responsibility for self and others in work area.
Contributes to a safe work environment
Demonstrates Commitment to Customers
Required Qualifications
1 year Relevant experience
Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
Basic math skills.
Certified or willing to become certified for food safety.
