Sales and Admin Position
Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center, located in Price UT, is expanding and looking for an experienced, professional Sales and Admin to provide excellent customer service in our fast-paced, high-volume shop.
We offer a fun, yet professional atmosphere and seek the right person to continue our growth with excellent customer service and sales skills.
Job Duties Include:
Provide World Class Customer Service to a limitless flow of customers.
Greet customers and assist in the sale of tires, wheels, batteries, brakes, and automotive service work.
Write repair orders and dispatch work to multiple technicians.
Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management.
Answer phones, set appointments and assist with callers' needs.
Provide phone and text updates on repair status.
Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment.
Shuttle customers and their vehicles using the company shuttle vehicle.
Perform administrative duties related to store accounting and operations.
Job Requirements Include:
Outgoing and competitive personality
Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
Excellent typing skills required - Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm. Typing test required pre-employment.
Valid driver's license
Basic knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Position requires continual walking, standing, and bending.
Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record are required.
