Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for professionals working toward their LCSW licensure who value supportive supervision, structured hours, and meaningful client connections.
As a LCSW, you'll provide clinical counseling services, ensuring high-quality care while developing your professional expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 6--7 individual and/or family therapy sessions per day.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, with 1--1.5 hours of paid administrative time daily.
- Develop treatment plans, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Be available for some evening sessions to accommodate client needs.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Licensure and Supervision Support:
- The LCSW must maintain an active Utah CSW license in good standing.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) license in Utah.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and trauma-informed practice.
- Ability to work independently while participating in team collaboration.
