Easton Valley Community School District is seeking an Activities Director- Part Time for the 26/27 school year.
Activity Director Job Duties
Administration
-
Participate in regular meetings with administration

Communicating all events to community (posting to website, JMC messages, etc)

Proactively address concerns with coaches, directors, or other issues related to our activity programs
-
Prepare all programs - coordinate SES students if additional help is needed

Complete all state reporting requirements

Submit regular articles for EV newsletters
Coaching
-
AD is responsible for meeting and evaluating all coaches at every level.

The AD is responsible for holding an annual meeting for all coaches to discuss the coaches' handbook.

Maintaining/updating coaches handbook

Oversee hiring of all coaches positions (coordinate: postings, interviews, wages)

Develop/implement inventory system
Supervision
-
Regular meetings with administration to look at events coming up and to ensure coverage for all activities.

Start each game so that money boxes can be distributed, officials are good to go, concessions are covered
-
AD will cover home activities
-
AD will coordinate coverage with other supervisors when needed
-
AD is responsible for securing refs, score personnel, etc.
