Office Specialist – Support Daily Office Operations
Pay Rate: $19.76 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary (anticipated 6–8 weeks )
Our client is seeking an Office Specialist to support daily operations in a busy office environment in Presque Isle. This position offers $19.76 per hour and is an anticipated 6–8 week assignment. .

Typical daily duties:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Printing certification tags based on grower requests
• Handling incoming mail and distributing documents
• Assisting with data entry and basic document editing
• General clerical and administrative support
What we’re looking for:
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy and clear communication skills
• Ability to navigate word processing software and printing applications
