ManpowerGroup Quality Coordinator in Prattville, Alabama
Quality / Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Pay: $22/hr and up (based on experience)
Summary:
We are seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement Coordinator to help improve processes, quality, and efficiency. This role leads Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts, supports ISO 9001 compliance, and drives data‑based improvements across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system compliance
Analyze data, KPIs, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
Create and support audits, process controls, and employee training tools
Qualifications:
Experience in quality assurance
Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred
Lean manufacturing training or experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
