Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, socially-engaged, customer-focused Social Media Marketing Manager & Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role blends digital storytelling with in-store sales excellence. You will be responsible for growing our social media presence, ideating and delivering unique events, executing a marketing plan to drive in-store customer visits, and delivering exceptional bra fittings that build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and stories
- Serve as the brand voice onlinerespond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries
- Identify and engage in relevant online communities (e.g., Reddit, forums) to drive awareness
- Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute in-store events and community activations
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to drive brand awareness
- Support and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product launches)
- Assist in developing marketing calendars and campaign planning
- Coordinate new product launches, including merchandising, messaging, and promotional strategy
- Identify grassroots marketing opportunities to grow the customer base
- Stay ahead of trends in female empowerment, body positivity, and social media marketing
Bra Fitting Sales Associate
- Provide expert bra fittings and personalized styling recommendations
- Deliver a welcoming and inclusive in-store experience
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain merchandising standards
