JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role focuses primarily on landscape and water feature installation. Some seasonal maintenance and snow operations are part of year-round employment. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in installation of landscaping and water features Operate skid steers, compact equipment, and hand tools Site preparation, grading, material placement, planting, and finishing work Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a production-focused crew Participate in winter snow operations (hours vary based on weather) ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year landscaping or construction experience preferred Valid driver\'s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Interest in long-term growth and increased responsibility ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: Apply in person at our shop located at 901 15th Street, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578.
