Oversee and lead a team of IT architects and senior planners, providing mentorship and guidance in developing and maintaining technology architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute high-level IT architecture strategies aligned with business objectives
Shape planning and implementation of technology solutions meeting scalability, security, and compliance standards
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT architecture planning department
Drive budget management for the IT architecture planning department
Advocate for and enforce architecture governance to maintain consistency and compliance across projects
Define and prioritize projects and resources to meet business objectives
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
