As a Housekeeping (Style) Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and support a team of talents, assign tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure all spaces meet brand standards.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for quality standards
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping talents
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of Czech language
