Your day at NTT DATA
As L2 Microsoft Exchange Engineer you will manage and support Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Exchange Online and on‑premises environments , including mail flow, security, compliance, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing system health and performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve email‑related incidents efficiently , ensuring proper documentation of configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
Proven expertise in administering Exchange Online and Exchange Server , including hybrid deployments, migrations, and integration with Active Directory/Azure AD.
Strong understanding of email security and compliance , with advanced troubleshooting, analytical skills, and proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Exchange environments , supported by relevant IT education (IT/Computing degree or equivalent) and preferably the Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate certification.
Excellent communication abilities with the ability to work across technical and business teams; fluency in both German and English is required .
