Philips Key Account Manager Personal Health in Prague, Czech Republic
Are you ready to own and grow one of the most strategic online accounts in our portfolio?
Our Sales team in Prague is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take full ownership of a key customer and drive its long-term growth.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, close collaboration with senior leadership, and real influence on business results.
Your role
You will be fully responsible for one of our most important online accounts, shaping the commercial strategy and delivering sustainable growth across the Philips Personal Health portfolio.
You will:
Own and develop the relationship with a key strategic online customer.
Define and execute a long-term account strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive sales growth and improve account profitability.
Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts and trading conditions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver results.
Use data, forecasting and KPIs to steer the business and identify opportunities.
Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Understand customer strategy, market trends and competitive landscape.
Optimize portfolio mix to maximize performance.
Continuously improve ways of working and execution.
What you bring
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial role.
Proven track record with large, strategic customers.
Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Strong collaboration skills across functions.
Data-driven thinking and analytical capability.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
A proactive “make things happen” attitude.
