Job Description
We are looking for a passionate eCommerce Graphic Designer based in our office in Prague, who is eager to take on the challenge of fast-moving e-commerce environments, where speed, UX quality, and retailer specificity directly impact business performance. You will join a large, multi-national organization where you will be valued and welcomed within the team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate digital shelf execution across key retailers.
You will work in a dynamic e-commerce environment, transforming P&G brands and category content – into high-performing, retailer-optimized executions for Electro and key eRetailers (e.g. Alza, Notino, Dr.Max, Rohlik).
This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. It combines UI/UX thinking, e-commerce know-how, and operational autonomy to deliver content that helps shoppers clearly understand product benefits and make confident purchase decisions.
As eCommerce Graphic Designer you will work on:
E-Commerce Content Adaptation & Enhancement
Adapt brand and category assets in line with retailer-specific guidelines, templates and formats,
Enhance delivered content to close gaps and unlock retailer-specific opportunities,
Optimize PDP visuals, secondary images and rich content modules,
Ensure content clarity, visual hierarchy and readability in line with UI/UX best practices.
Content Creation & Visual Support
Design primary and secondary images complemented with badges communicating local activations, awards or key product benefits,
Create visual assets supporting PR and SEO-driven articles
Design visuals and content structures that support product comparison and simplify complex product information
Highlight key benefits and differentiators to drive confident purchase decisions
Retailer-Specific UI/UX & Digital Shelf Excellence
Balance global brand guidelines, UI/UX principles and retailer-specific requirements
Optimize content for mobile-first shopping behavior and retailer navigation logic
Collaborate on the design and development of brand pages and microsites supporting brand activities
Continuously improve content based on retailer feedback, best practices and identified opportunities
Collaboration & E-Commerce Insight
Work closely with eSRE (Superior eRetail Execution), Brand and Category teams to align content execution with priorities
Support continuous improvement of e-commerce content through structured feedback and shared learnings

Job Qualifications
What you will bring::
General experience (2–3 years) in digital, e-commerce or performance-oriented design
Ability to work with and adapt existing brand assets, enhancing them to improve clarity and effectiveness
Understanding that design drives business impact (e.g. CTR, conversion, scroll behavior, clarity)
Digital-first mindset with strong UI/UX sensibility
Basic copywriting skills with the ability to shorten or enhance delivered copy so that visuals and text work together
Knowledge of SEO, Gen-AI principles
Active use of AI tools to optimize and simplify design workflows
Experience with video editing and simple product animations for digital and e-commerce use (e.g. video banners, short loops)
Creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities not only in design but also in problem-solving
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
A portfolio demonstrating digital and e-commerce design skills
Czech and English languages fluency
Technical skills:
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Figma
Advantage: Premiere Pro / After Effects
Microsoft office package
