CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
Customer Development Trainee role is supporting the South Region (80%) and the rest of Business Development Managers (20%) with several analytical, coordination and administrative tasks. Person in this role will learn basic principles of customer management, execution of Retail Marketing strategies and will have an opportunity to be a key driver in analysing the Performance
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Actively participate in monthly business planning, execute sales and promo analysis and maintain reporting tools, optimize reporting to improve efficiency.
Collect from distributors reports (SO, ITM etc)
Sales Out, including promo effectiveness
Sales Out vs Sales In vs Inventory monthly tracking
GTN follow up and report
Share outcome of analysis with distributors
Support Retail Marketing Manager in 6P execution
Prepare product information
Competitive analysis & any other ad hoc support
Track NP launching
Support with POS coordination
Learn to do business with Distributors
- Contribute to different Distributor meetings and reviews preparations
E Education/ Experience
Minimum required qualification – Bachelor’s degree
Degree required in Business/Marketing/Management
Level of English: Upper Intermediate
Google/Microsoft Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Effective analytical and presentation skills
Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to coordinate information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures
Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making
Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time
