The Position
UX Specialist/ Business Analyst - DIA RD
We are looking for a UX Specialist to lead the user experience strategy for an entire product or service. In this role, you will own the end-to-end CX, resolve complex design challenges, and manage key stakeholder relationships. You will apply advanced human-centered design and research methodologies to guide products from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable improvements in user satisfaction and business outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring the junior designers.
Join us in our Warsaw or Poznań office 2 days per week - a hybrid approach designed to balance focused remote work with high-impact, in-person collaboration.
The Opportunity:
Own the UX/CX strategy for complex products and multi-faceted digital solutions from initial concept through to successful market implementation.
Tackle highly ambiguous design challenges with a mix of advanced specialized capabilities and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
Serve as a key architect in defining and evolving UX best practices, ensuring a high bar for quality and consistency across your domain.
Act as a bridge between Product Management, IT Leads, and Business Process Owners, building consensus and aligning strategic direction through clear, high-impact communication.
Cultivate a culture of curiosity. You will actively mentor other designers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the vitality of our broader UX community.
Directly influence critical value metrics, leading to significant improvements in user satisfaction, engagement, and overall business success.
Who you are:
Experience & Leadership
You have a track record of confidently directing UX initiatives and projects, directly shaping end-to-end customer experiences that result in measurable improvements in user satisfaction, engagement, and business value.
You excel at leading proactive conversations to share ideas and build consensus. You are skilled at aligning strategic direction among diverse stakeholders, including Product Management, IT Leads, and Business Process Owners.
You have a strong background in actively mentoring and developing other designers, fostering their professional growth and consistently contributing to the broader UX community through knowledge sharing.
Technical Mastery
You possess expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
You independently select and skillfully apply advanced human-centered design and research methodologies—such as complex qualitative research and advanced usability testing—to drive robust, evidence-based recommendations.
You have the ability to propose, define, and rigorously question UX success metrics relevant to the domain. You navigate technical and business constraints with ease, articulating clear trade-offs and rationale for every design decision.
You possess a strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative design processes, seamlessly integrating UX workflows into rapid development cycles.

- You demonstrate a consistent ability to navigate and effectively resolve highly complex and ambiguous UX challenges with pragmatic, high-impact solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
