Teylor BI Data Analyst & Data Manager (m/f/d) in Poznan, Poland

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BI Data Analyst & Data Manager (m/f/d) to join our Shared Service Center (SSC) team. This pivotal role will serve as the primary interface between our new data platform implementation (Snowflake & Sigma) and the operational business units. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leveraging the new technology to deliver critical data insights and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

As a BI Data Analyst & Data Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a hybrid role spanning technical enablement, business intelligence, and data governance:

Data Platform & Technical Enablement

  • Platform Integration: Dive deep into the new Snowflake and Sigma implementation project, collaborating closely with the Tech Team to ensure the platform meets business requirements.

  • Data Structure: Gain a thorough technical and content-based understanding of the underlying data structures, schemas, and data lineage within the new platform, as well as designing the optimal structures for reporting.

  • Data Governance & Compliance: Actively implement and manage data governance and compliance principles within the BI landscape to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

  • Data Discovery: Documenting data definitions and logic to bridge the gap between legacy systems and the new platform.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various international and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., PL, CH, DE, UK, IT, IE, PT) to jointly identify, prioritize, and develop necessary data insights and reports.

  • Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Sigma and other relevant tools.

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct complex ad-hoc data analysis and requirements engineering to support management decisions and uncover operational inefficiencies.

Stakeholder Empowerment & Training

  • Business Enablement: Serve as the long-term dedicated data resource for the business, translating complex data challenges into actionable business insights.

  • Training & Adoption: Develop and conduct training sessions for business stakeholders to enable them to utilize Sigma independently for self-service reporting and analysis.

  • Best Practices: Promote best practices for data consumption, analysis, and visualization across the organization.

Your Profile

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Data Management.

  • Proven expertise in technical data understanding, data modeling, and reporting.

  • Experience with Data Governance and compliance/regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of Snowflake or other modern data platforms is a strong plus.

  • Fluency in Sigma or similar BI/Reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of the Finance or FinTech industry.

Skills & Working Style

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to manage complex datasets and processes.

  • Excellent cross-functional and international collaboration and communication skills.

  • Highly self-driven, independent, and proactive in taking ownership and driving initiatives forward.

  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams.

Location & Languages

  • The place of work is our Shared Service Center in Poznan, Polen.

  • Hybrid working model, at least 2 days per week in the office.

  • English (Must Have)

  • German (Good to Have)
