About the Work As part of our team, you'll perform residential and commercial:

• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• House washing and exterior soft washing
• Power washing
• Holiday light displays (seasonal)

You'll represent our local Sparkle Squad brand with professionalism, friendliness, and care --- creating great customer experiences while working alongside a supportive, energetic crew. You'll also be expected to communicate clearly at job sites, treat customer property with respect, and leave each location looking noticeably better than when you arrived.

Requirements To protect our customers and team, finalists for this role will be required to complete a background check, drug screening, and a motor vehicle/driving record (MVR) check.

All technicians will be required to complete OSHA safety training. If you already have OSHA training, that's a plus. MEWP certification (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) is also a plus and may be helpful depending on assignments.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions This is an active, outdoor role. Technicians should be comfortable:

• Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
• Using ladders and working at heights when needed for windows, gutters, and holiday lights
• Handling equipment and tools safely and responsibly
