Our client, the hospitality industry, is seeking a Summer Dishwasher for a Private Club to join their team. As a Summer Dishwasher, you will be part of the food service department supporting the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Sweep or scrub floors.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
What's Needed?
Seasonal job, summer months. 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, shift times vary. Half hour lunch break for straight shift, if it’s a split they get 15 minutes. 2 days off a week, we try to have those days together unless requested otherwise.
Starts mid-June with 2 weeks of training at 20 hours per week, then moves to 40 hours per week. Runs through end of August/early September. Possibly through mid-October depending on business.
Room and board are available for $10/week. The housing is dorm-style so there would be a roommate and a shared bathroom. Not required to live on site but with the lengthy commute and high gas prices we do recommend it!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
Willingness to return on a seasonal basis.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
No prior experience required.
