We have an exciting opportunity to join the Global Sustainment Operations Team. The function of the Project Manager is to support the Program Manager and team in the performance of business functions to include project management, data analyses and reports, contract proposals, budgetary estimates, knowledge training, and general problem solving. This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional activities to support MQ-9 customers so that work is completed on time and within budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Support the Program Manager and team on all assigned work.
Collaborate and assist with development of project plans and manage resources to ensure project cost, schedule, and performance (quality) are achieved to meet commitments.
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and present results to the team and/or management.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Contribute to the development of new business opportunities on the program and expansion of existing business opportunities.
Administer and execute policies, processes, and procedures that impact the assigned project.
Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet program commitments and customer objectives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Job Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and eleven or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least five of those years in project management. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
Must have a thorough understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects.
Identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a wide range of complex issues.
Strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience working independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Project management and some experience with contract proposals is desired.
Familiarity with estimating procedures and tools is desired.
Ability to work with financial information and calculations is desired.
Ability to take a wholistic view and see the broader picture of how projects impact the business and customer’s mission.
