Job Description
As a Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for building various cables used in aircraft and ground control stations. You will determine and follow methods and sequences of operations for assembly tasks, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Additionally, you will follow and comprehend assembly drawings or written work instructions to ensure accuracy in your work.
Responsibilities
Assemble cables and harnesses according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
Crimp terminals and contacts onto wires using manual and automated tools.
Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications.
Perform soldering-tinning of wires, splices, and connections.
Utilize basic hand tools such as cutters, wire strippers, crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, and heat gun.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures.
Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and obligations during business operations.
Work safely according to established operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS TO SET UP INTERVIEW
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three or more years of recent experience in manufacturing
Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $27.26/hr.
