Position Title: PCP Manager
Location: Pouso Alegre, MG - Onsite
Reports to: Sr Plant Manager
This leadership role is responsible for integrating services and driving operational performance and results at the PSAL manufacturing facility. The position oversees Materials Management, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, Raw Materials Warehousing, Cycle Counting, MRO, and Tool Crib operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. It also acts as the main liaison with the O&R and Baby segments, providing visibility and aligning service level agreements between manufacturing and business leaders in Brazil. As part of the MFG Staff, this role plays a critical part in strengthening and advancing manufacturing operations across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead Materials, Production Scheduling, and Customer Service activities, ensuring alignment between production plans and business needs
Ensure DATASUL data integrity for planning, scheduling, and procurement fields
Develop and manage detailed production schedules, monitor schedule attainment, and ensure order completion
Track daily production rates, capacity constraints, molded parts capacity, and determine overtime requirements when needed
Identify and report supply issues, inventory deviations, outliers, and associated cost impacts to relevant stakeholders
Provide monthly capacity analyses, forecasts, and production plans to Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing; support annual budget processes
Coordinate supplier phase-in/phase-out timing, review lead times annually, and monitor supplier buffer inventory and order confirmations
Manage raw material procurement to support the production plan, including resin purchases and air freight projections when required
Monitor, control, and report on inventory performance, including DOH, safety stock levels, Excess & Obsolete (E&O), monthly roll forward, and cycle counting compliance
Support new product implementation, component cost setup, and resolution of quality issues in coordination with QC
Develop exception reports and provide system and analytical support to the department
Lead the administration of the Raw Materials Warehouse Network, including MRO and Tool Crib operations, ensuring compliance with trade and export regulations
Oversee inventory valued between USD 10–20 million, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and positive P&L impact
Manage warehouse safety programs in compliance with corporate and local regulations
Develop and manage the annual financial budget, reforecasts, and variance analysis for the area
Lead, develop, and coach the team, fostering a high-performance culture and building supply chain core competencies
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., S&OP, Customer Service, Customs Compliance) and participate in local and regional projects
Maintain strong collaboration with third-party logistics providers and key customers to enhance service levels and operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
Relevant operational experience required, including trajectory of increasing leadership within these roles
Strong background in Materials, Warehousing operations
Working knowledge of Datasul (TOTVS ERP) is required
Supply Chain Metrics, LEAN / CI, Six-Sigma, Process Improvement
Strong background in all aspects of supply chain management is preferred
Proven leadership over multiple complex DC Operations managing diverse and inclusive environments
Must possess strong leadership, team building, and analytical skills to drive a highly productive team
