Tessera is seeking a skilled and professional Warehouse Supervisor with a positive attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory movements. Ensure materials and equipment are stored safely and in compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments to schedule shipments and resolve issues. Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and packing lists. Portable handheld electronic devices shall be used, where applicable, in the performance of daily duties for purposes including but not limited to documenting work, timekeeping, and ordering materials Monitor and track freight costs, assisting with logistics planning and cost control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Support asset tracking and equipment check-out/check-in procedures. Assist in implementing warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency strategies. Follow and enforce all Tessera policies and procedures related to safety, logistics, and inventory management. Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize loss. Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools. Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS). Provide support during audits or inventory inspections. Accurately log and label incoming materials and store them in designated warehouse locations. This position may be subject to call-back availability based on operational needs. Qualifications: Must possess a good working knowledge of the governing supply regulations, supply related automated information systems, programs, policies, work methods, manuals and or other established guidelines. Must be able to collect and organize information, identify sources of potential problems and provide recommended courses of action to correct the problem. Must have background in inventory management, material coordination, cataloging, warehousing, issue and turn-in requirements and documentation. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
