Warehouse Associate
Adecco is assisting one of our customers in Poulsbo, WA in their search for a Warehouse Associate. This role supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast paced, team oriented warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and fulfill Direct to Consumer (DTC) orders accurately and efficiently
• Create shipping labels and process shipments using UPS and FedEx software
• Support LTL shipments, including paperwork and unloading/loading trucks
• Take inventory counts and utilize ERP/WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Receive, handle, and organize incoming products, boxes, and deliveries professionally
• Work with customer service to resolve order and customer related issues
• Coordinate with the Planning Manager to prepare, complete, and stage shipments in advance
• Assist with production packing as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience
• Experience using ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, ShipStation, or similar WMS systems)
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
