Diagnosing and resolving electricalissuesoftenrequiresadvanced technical skills. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to ensureoptimalsystem performance and longevity. Responsible for supervising a variety of tasks, including repair and maintenance of painted surfaces, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel roads, road shoulders, swales, culverts, drainage ditches, and snow removal. Be proactive inidentifyingproblems early before they become significant problems requiring greater resources for resolution. Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, especially when working with energized equipment Planning, scheduling, and overseeing electrical projects, including material procurement and cost estimation. Maintainingaccuraterecords of work performed, generating reports, and communicating effectively with the customer. Qualifications: Associate's degree in electrical, general or facilitymaintenance 3-5 years inFacility Maintenance Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted. Possessing in-depth knowledge of electrical systems components, and relevant codes and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complexfacilityissues.
