Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee service orders for mechanical, electrical, or civil/building disciplines at WSBOSC. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of service orders, including estimating, client coordination, bidding, and execution. The Project Coordinator/Service Order Manager will also ensure the accuracy and alignment of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data across multiple platforms, including Maximo and the Technical Library, while leading contract deliverables, metrics, and reporting requirements. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Develop Service Order Packages, including project plans, scope specifications, bids, and supporting documents in line with USACE OMEE SOP standards. Analyze blueprints and contracts to prepare accurate time, cost, labor, and material estimates using tools such as RS Means. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and foremen to resolve issues and finalize estimates. Track costs, assess cost effectiveness, and support planning, scheduling, and project management. Maintain and update records in Maximo and the Technical Library, including asset inventory, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and job plans. Improve EAM data and Maximo processes to increase efficiency (e.g., warranties, PM optimization, spare parts lists). Collaborate across departments, exercising independent judgment and strong time management in meeting deadlines. Qualifications: Highschool Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of closely related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP, Construction Quality Management for Contractors (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) preferred.
